Hello everyone :)
As all of my followers who follow me on twitter probably know that I went to York for the past couple days I was just dying to show you all the things I got and saw I've got a haul for you all today. I've separated it into two categories (Beauty & Non-Beauty) and it's not a PILE of stuff but there are some things that I will be reviewing so stay tuned and if you want me to review something here, don't be afraid to pop me a comment :-)
I know the picture isn't absolutely perfect but I'll list the items I got below, and more about the brown bag in the picture later...
(From left to right)
Sir Gadabout (the second one)
The Karate Princess and the monster
Friends quotes book
The Body Shop Body Mist in Mango
Batiste dry shampoo in tropical
So it's not massive but I'll try and explain them in a couple of sentences!
Beauty Haul:
The Body Shop Body Mist in Mango
I was actually going to get the coconut scented body mist, but I thought it was too timid and it wasn't really the coconut scent I wanted if you know what I mean? I like strong fragrances that are bold, but I don't like ones who you smell and feel sick because they're TOO strong, I like an even amount of scents in one bottle. But anyway I really like the mango scent because it's very long lasting and I actually put it on yesterday at about 9 in the morning, and then I could still smell it at about 6 in the evening! I know crazy right ?! But anyway this was about £7 which I thought was a bargain :-)
Batiste Dry Shampoo in Tropical
I hope you like the new background that I've been taking pictures in, there's a really old but of my house and I love taking pictures there because it gives it a more vintage look. The only thing with batiste is that it has lots less product than you think so it runs out after about 4 months or something if you don't have back-up. I love coconut and tropical fruit smells so when I saw this scent I HAD to pick it up! It was £2 in the co-operative so I don't know if that deal is still on, but if it is, it's worth stocking up on them.
Non-Beauty Haul
I went to a book fair in a church that were raising money towards children in africa, and everyone thinks that all you'll find in those kind of situations are rubbish 'old' books that are either way too young for you or ome kind of cheesy romance novel, which oddly doesn't appeal to me anyway.. But I found some books for my little brother and the middle one was just a sneaky 10p bargain from one of the dusty old unwanted books corner :(
The Karate Princess in Monsta Trouble
I thought this would be really good for my little brother since he loves reading David Walliams and my friend said that these were quite similar so I hope he likes it. I got it for 50p if you wanted to know.
Friends quotes book
I can't say anything else, it's friends and it was 10p.
Thanks for reading and sorry I couldn't photograph the other one, technical difficulties :Lx
