Hi I'm Rebecca-Louise from the beauty blog Autumn Leaves! I've decided to do my guest post on all of the products that I've loved this year as a sort of gift guide if you're looking for things to buy a beauty blogger! There are some cult products in here as well as some extras!

This year my makeup's been very natural so this eyeshadow palette is perfect for me, giving me loads of variations of how I can wear my eye makeup. With the eye primer underneath, this combination won't budge all day and gives a lovely subtle neutral shimmer. The bottom lash mascara is very expensive for how small it is, but it can really make you look more awake in the mornings, and with thick and fast on your upper lashes, you've got a beautiful voluminous curl. This little eyebrow kit is the one I always end up going back to (although I only use the powder on the right) as it's the lightest one I've come across, it's really soft yet fills in your eyebrows really well. My foundation (Estee Lauder Double Wear) never seems to look as flawless without the use of this concealer and primer, they really smooth out and brighten the face before applying the foundation and are a definite combination that I won't be changing anytime soon! On my cheeks I love a flush of colour, usually opting for a nice coral-pink, NARS Gilda is one of my most used products of this year! The lips is all about "my lips but better" for me. I've loved the sheerer formulas and lots of subtle pinks. This year I've had quite dry lips so I've opted for the more moisturising lip products as I just couldn't go without them. On the nails I've loved this gorgeous pink glitter (opaque in two coats) polish since the Wonderland collection was released, it's got a real wintery/party season feel to it and is really girly and pretty! Every girl hates taking off glitter polish but this remover makes it so much easier, ok it's not the 1 second polish it says but it's pretty great!!!! The times when I have put false nails on, I've always got this glue with me as I'm super clumsy but I know that it will hold them on securely for at least 2-3 days. My favourite perfume this year has to be the newly released Nuit, I love a fruity/florally/sweet scent and this is totally me, leaving you feeling and smelling very warm and feminine. Skincare wise I've been totally dependent on this mask to restore my extremely dry skin over the past few months, it smells gorgeous and works so well, in the morning your skin is so much more radiant and hydrated. I couldn't go without this eye makeup remover as it gets even the toughest of mascaras off without having to scrub too hard. This teeeeeeny spot remover also works wonders as soon as one starts to appear I put a dab of this on and can rely on it to decrease it and any redness after about 4-5 hours. This hand cream and foot cream have also been my saviours over the past few months, my skin is feeling so much more moisturised and these are my necessities in the winter months. Finally is this expensive hair oil that everyone raved about and I totally know why. I dye my hair every 6 weeks bright blonde, therefore my mid lengths to ends get very dry and tangle prone but a few drops of this stuff each day for the first week or so after getting my hair dyed can make the world of difference.
So these are my favourite products of 2012, what are yours and are there any here that you'd like to try? I'd love to know!
