Nail Art Series: Effie from 'The Hunger Games'

Hi Everyone!

I know, long time no blog, but from now on I'm going to aim to blog about 2/3 times a week so you don't get disappointed that I'm not blogging, and your not overwhelmed with the amount of posts I produce. 

I thought I'd show you a nail art video I watched recently by Cutepolish, because some of you might know that I'm a bit addicted to the Hunger Games books, films, & characters! It was the first time I had tried anything like this, and judging by the picture it turned out alright, I'll show you what I used, and then you can follow the tutorial just like I did! 

What I used:

-For the Red nail polish: Rimmel 60 seconds in 'Rapid Ruby'

-Glitter polish from my local market

-Cotton Buds from Johnsons

-I didn't have a make-up sponge in the house, since I'd used the last one on some nail art gone wrong a couple weeks before, so I substituted it with a child shape foam sponge from Early Learning Center I think?
