I Won! + Designer find...

Hello my little blogsters :-)

Today I really wanted to do a 2 in 1 sort of giveaway because the things I'm talking about are not really interesting enough to have a post dedicated to just talk about them. So I decided to join them into a lovely little couple. Well by the title you can probably guess that I won a giveaway probably 1 or 2 weeks ago on this blog: teenagebeautyblog.blogspot.co.uk and I won 2 gorgeous eyeshadows colours and a purple eyeliner, I absolutely love my prizes and am excited to use them in my future blog posts. The second thing is a photo frame/album that my Nain was given, but she never used it so she gave it to me! 

The photo frame is actually a Vera Wang wedding album and if you don't know who Vera Wang is, she's an amazing designer who is mostly known for her perfumes and her wedding dresses, and to show you how amazing I think she is, I've chosen my favorite wedding dress from her collection so far... 

This is from her Spring 2012 collection and I think that this is just so beautiful and elegant! Sadly when I get married I probably won't be able to buy it since it's roughly £4000 pounds, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was more. What I love about the Vera Wang collection is that she names all of her dresses, this one is called 'Helena', I love that name!

So firstly I got this amazing eye shadow colour which is a very hot pink. The shade is Siren and it's got an amazing matte finish. 

This eyeshadow is just a simple black, I used this for a smokey eye and it turned out quite well actually, the only trouble is it's not the best eyeshadow to blend with, but that's their only flaw.
