Vote for me in the Company 2013 Blog Awards!

Hello Everyone!

So yesterday I found out that someone had voted for me in the style blogger awards 2013, and I was pretty excited when more and more people were nominating me!

I just wanted to write this post about why I would like to win this award, and how I would benefit from it.

So as you all probably know, my dream is to become a fashion journalist, and I believe I can do it if I take baby steps at a time. For one thing, I've chosen to take french as I think it will come in handy when someone needs me to go to paris fashion week, or monte carlo. I also love reading Company and I think it is a great magazine to choose, because it doesn't support spread that are too airbrushed, which I found very common in Vogue and Elle. The problem is, everyone looks at these and think this is beautiful, but you know what? You can still be beautiful without all that slap and the 'perfect barbie body' as long as you are happy in your own skin that's all that matters. I had trouble with these spreads because I thought everyone had big boobs, and showing bone was sexy. But it's not, and can be the case of you becoming seriously just for the struggle of being perfect? Now that we think about it, it's silly.

Company is a healthy option for teenagers and I think anyone who reads it can agree with me. So you can probably see why I want to work with company, and I believe if I win this or even get shortlisted, I can get serious exposure that may well get me to the place I want to be. It will also look amazing on my CV, and every little helps.
